How to create an email signature on cPanel?

Creating email signature on cPanel

You can create an email signature via our Round Cube mail client, all you would like to do is to navigate to your cPanel account → Email Accounts section:




Choose which email account you would like to manage:


 

There you’ll be ready to access Round Cube:


                                                     


Then navigate to Settings -> Identities section and the email signature will be displayed on the bottom:

 




You can also enable HTML signature and add an image of your option to your signature:


                                     


If you would like your HTML signature or Hyperlinks to be displayed when composing a new email, be sure to change the Editor type as HTML:
